About Returns
・Only natural failures and malfunctions within 7 days of product arrival are eligible for returns and refunds.  
For consignment items, some cannot be returned under any circumstances (clearly stated on the product page), while others can be returned and refunded in the event of a natural failure or malfunction within 7 days.
